This week has flown by! Between the kids, contacting clothing lines and of course watching the Olympics, I cannot believe it is already Friday. I have spent the past month contacting different sales reps to figure out which lines to carry for Pink Watermelon Kids. There are many choices, but I want to choose the perfect lines for my soon to be customers. I am now narrowing my list after looking over line sheets. I am so excited about our logo. Thanks to Timi at Cinnamon Girl Designs for letting me make changes along the way. Now it is on to the website and I am starting to order the lines I want to sell when we open. So many decisions, but I am having a lot of fun!

Welcome to my blog! I am opening an infant/children's clothing boutique online as well as selling to local people out of my home in November 2008. After almost 10 years of teaching and the birth of my second daughter, I decided to stay home. I had always wanted to own a clothing business and now seemed like the perfect time to start one.
